Back to work today after being off since December 22, but things are quiet during intersession, so it's easy to ease back in. Started the day back on my stationary bike for about 10 minutes, and will steadily work my way back to 45 minutes on weekdays and an hour on weekends. Have to start incorporating some other things into the exercise routine as well, possibly some free weight lifting if I can find some cheap barbells on craigslist.
Also ate smart today - had some bread with a lunch sandwich and pasta for dinner, but otherwise stayed away from carbs, and no sugar at all.
Plenty of stuff on the "to-do list" at work, so staying busy will be easy tomorrow. And then it's off to the VALE Conference on Friday.
